TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The ENROLLEE must ensure his/her licensure exam eligibility. The center will not be liable for any false, inaccurate, inappropriate, or incomplete information presented during enrollment affecting Maritime Industry Authority’s (MARINA) decision concerning the result of the enrollees’ evaluation.

2. Tuition fees under PROMOTIONAL RATES are NON-REFUNDABLE.

3. REVIEW ONLINE is unlimited for two (2) years upon successful enrollment/registration or until the reviewee successfully passed the theoretical exam from MARINA, whichever comes first.

4. ONLINE REGISTRATION EXCLUSIVE PROMO entitles the reviewee full access to our review materials ONLINE.

5. Access to CEBU GEMS Review On-site is allowed subject to additional charges, company’s TRANSFER PROTOCOL & HOUSE RULES.

6. Transfers are allowed to other branches, subject to the availability of seat/slot. However, the TRANSFEREE must pay the difference of the prevailing rate applied in the receiving branch during the time of enrollment (if applicable).
